During every exterior inspection of your home, we will:

• Walk the property and check the overall security of your home.

• Look for signs of wind and/or water damage.

• Visually examine the roof and gutters.

• Ensure all landscaping, etc. is maintained.

• Remove debris from driveway, walkways, and sidewalk.

• Look for evidence of insects and/or pests.

• Check for signs of vandalism or forced entry.

Would you like to rest easy knowing that your home interior is taken care of? Our interior walk through inspections are one of the best ways to make sure that everything is in order and no issues arise inside your home while you are away.

During every interior walk-through inspection of your home, we will:

• Monitor HVAC, thermostats, water heaters, and electrical panels.

• Run toilets/faucets and prevent any nasty odors from starting.

• Ensure alarm systems are functioning properly.

We recommend doing an interior walk-through inspection at least once a week to ensure that everything is in exceptional, working order.
